This has been great so far and would like to thank the apartment staff for keeping up the great work. I can say a job well done.

|Recommended: NoNot what I expected. A lot different than the model they show. — I moved in because I wanted to make sure I have a ground floor unit which is all they have. But the first couple of months after moving in was just one thing after another. It wasn't truly move-in ready just vacant. Don't expect things to get done in a timely manner. It took 2 months to fix a toilet I called about when I moved in. They do what they want when they want. You're never a priority. Anything involving water, electric or bathroom is supposed to be high priority but not for them...it's only medium.
Hello Mrs. Kimberly, I am so sorry your experience was nothing but the best. We try our best to make sure everyone of the residents maintenance request is a high priority, although when you moved in we were going through a maintenance change. We had lost a maintenance while was in the process of training a new maintenance tech we just hired when you moved in. That was the reason for the delay of your toilet due to losing a maintenance man and only having one. We currently have two new maintenance men and things are a lot better. Hopefully we can make the experience here a lot better since we are fully staffed.
